    Leo doesn't remember everything automatically. Don't ask it to save passwords, ID numbers or other sensitive details.

    Connect Gmail, WhatsApp or Telegram, and Leo can find, read, summarise and send, with the access you choose for each service.

    Drafting isn't sending. Leo sends only when you ask, and only through services where you've granted write access.

    If Google Drive or OneDrive syncs folders to your PC, Leo can work with those files like any other folder you point it to.

    This release doesn't connect to your cloud accounts directly. Leo only sees the synced folders you point it to.

  9. See the plan, the progress and the result

    For bigger jobs, Leo keeps a task list, shows live activity as it works, and collects everything it made in Results.

How it works

Leo's orb shows its state in the app: blue when idle, violet while thinking, gold while responding. The words beside it always say the same thing, so you never need to rely on colour.

    Finished files and confirmed sends appear in Results, ready to open. Anything that failed is marked clearly.

You don't have to wait for Leo to finish before you ask for the next thing.

  • Queue next runs your prompt after the current task finishes.
  • Add to current task gives guidance to the task that is running, applied at the next safe point.
  • Queued prompts keep their chat and attachments. Edit, remove or reorder them at any time.
  • If Leo restarts, queued prompts wait for you. Nothing runs by itself.
  • If a task is cancelled or fails, your queued prompts are kept, not thrown away.

Your work, your permissions

Leo is a desktop app, so a lot stays on your PC. Anything that needs AI processing is sent securely to the managed Leo service. Here is exactly what goes where.

Questions, answered

Who can use Leo right now?

Leo is in a pilot. You need an approved Leo account to sign in; installing the app on its own does not give access.

Why does Windows warn me when I run the installer?

Until Leo's installer is code-signed, Windows SmartScreen may say it cannot verify the publisher.

Only continue if you downloaded the file from this website and its SHA-256 checksum matches the one on the download page. Then choose More info, followed by Run anyway.

Will Leo send emails or messages on its own?

No. Leo sends only when you ask it to, and only through a service you've connected with write access. A draft is just a draft until you say so.

Does everything stay on my PC?

Your chats, memory, created files and connected-account sign-ins are kept on your PC. Requests that need AI processing are sent securely to the managed Leo service, and web searches go to an online search service. Spelling checks happen entirely on your PC. The privacy page has the details.

Is Leo always right?

No AI assistant is. Leo shows its work and reports failures honestly, but you should review important academic, financial, legal, medical and professional work before relying on it.
